How to apply

When evaluating an application, emphasis will be on whether the project is specific, goal-oriented and practicable.

An application to Ole Kirk’s Foundation must include:

- Applicant’s name, address and other contact details.
- If the applicant is an association or organization, it must include a short description of its purpose and work.
- A short, but to the point description of the project to be financed by the grant, including idea, objective and target group.
- A description of whether the application will cover the entire or only parts of the project, and if so, which parts.
- A timeline for the preparation and execution of the project.
- Budget for the entire project. In connection with major projects, it must include a start-up budget and an operational budget plus an estimate of how financing will be achieved together with any information on other contributions, whether own or from third parties and whether or not grants have been applied for elsewhere.
